Miller's Movie List!

Vice High Point AMC 8 OK I found this movie to be very uneven. There were times is was fascinating, times it was boring, times it was informative, and times I didn't understand what was going on, or why it was relevant. It was funny and clever at times but that made it more about the filmakers than it was about the story. Maybe I'm not knowledgeable enough about politics to understand. In the end I'm not sad that I went to see it, but had I missed it I wouldn't have missed much.

Mary Poppins High Point AMC 8 Excellent This was indeed a beautiful movie! Practically perfect in every way. I felt like a kid again as I sang along (much to Charlotte's disapproval) and taped my toes. I love celebrations of imagination and creativity and this movie was like an old friend.

Mortal Engines High Point AMC 8 Good Hi I'm back. I got a subscription with AMC to see basically all the movies I want for $20 a month. I'm excited to see new movies and write about them. We'll see how long this lasts! Anyway about the movie, go see it and enjoy yourself. Stop taking yourself so seriously, you're not that important. This is a ridiculous movie, with a ridiculous plot. Sit back, relax and enjoy all the melodrama and all the exciting special effects.
